Blueberry Smoothie

This blueberry smoothie recipe is full of antioxidants, vitamin C, fiber and calcium.   It makes a great breakfast smoothie or afternoon pick-me-up. Leave out the milk, add more banana; you’ll have a hard time messing up this healthy fruit smoothie

  • 1/2 cup low fat milk or orange juice
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup grapes
  • 2-3 ice cubes
