This peach smoothie recipe can be made with fresh or frozen peaches. If using fresh peaches, make sure you remove the fuzzy skin before blending. This peach smoothie could easily be made with nectarines. The celery adds a peppery quality that enhances the peach flavor. Add grapes if extra sweetness is desired.
- 1 cup medium chopped peaches (About 2 whole peaches)
- 1 Banana
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1⁄2 cup water and ice each
