Strawberry Smoothie

This is a basic strawberry smoothie that’s easy to make.  It is also a delicious and a healthy smoothie for the whole family. Try adding some blueberries for added sweetness and anti-oxidant benefits.

  • 1 cup frozen strawberry
  • 1/4 cup milk (substitute with almond or soy milk)
  • 1/4 cup grapes
  • 1 bananna
  • 8 -10 ice cubes
